Riding from Benidorm
Mountains behind the skyline
Benidorm is known for its beaches and towers, but a few kilometres inland the riding is as good as anywhere on the coast. Behind the town, the Puig Campana rises above Finestrat, and the roads climb quickly into quiet valleys.
From Benidorm it is about 21 km to Guadalest, through La Nucía and Polop or via Callosa and the Algar valley. Sella and the Port de Tudons, the highest pass in the area at 1,026 m, are reached through Finestrat. Head north and you are in Altea in 11 km, almost without climbing.

Renting a bike in Benidorm: questions
Do you deliver to hotels in Benidorm?
Yes. We deliver to hotels and apartments anywhere in Benidorm, La Nucía, Polop and Callosa d'en Sarrià for €30 each way. If you are at a hotel, check with them where the bike can be stored.
Can I collect the bike myself instead?
Yes, collection at Hotel Cap Negret in Altea is free, 11 km from Benidorm. Collection is by appointment, so we can meet you early, late or straight off a flight.
What is included?
A full service before every rental, setup to your measurements, two bottle cages, a puncture repair kit, a Garmin or Wahoo mount, and route advice with GPX files. Pedals are €5 per day, or bring your own.
What if I have a mechanical?
Call us. Benidorm is inside our delivery area, so we will come to you, and if the bike cannot be fixed at the roadside we will swap it for another.
