Riding from Albir
Right next door to the best roads
Albir and L'Alfàs del Pi sit between Altea and Benidorm, under the cliffs of the Serra Gelada. For cycling, it could hardly be better placed. Every one of our six route suggestions starts at our base in Altea, an easy, flat 5 km along the coast.
Inland, the climbs start almost immediately. Guadalest is about 20 km away through Polop or Callosa, the Coll de Rates about 31 km, and the coast road north to Calp and Moraira is a short ride beyond Altea.

Whichever suits you
Albir and L'Alfàs del Pi are within 10 minutes of our base, so you have a real choice. Collect the bike free at Hotel Cap Negret, by appointment at a time that suits you, and ride home. Or have us deliver it to your villa or apartment for €30 each way, set up and ready.

Your bike is serviced, cleaned and set up to your position, with your own pedals and saddle fitted if you bring them.

Collect it or we deliver
Pick it up at Hotel Cap Negret for free, or have it waiting at your accommodation in Albir or L'Alfàs del Pi.

We run the Cannondale Bike Test Center at Hotel Cap Negret, so the fleet is current-season and kept to test-centre standard. Frame sizes 44 to 61 cm.

Renting a bike in Albir: questions
Do you deliver to Albir and L'Alfàs del Pi?
Yes, to any villa, apartment or hotel, for €30 each way (€60 for delivery and collection together).
How far is it to collect?
Hotel Cap Negret is about 5 km from Albir along the flat coast road into Altea. Collection there is free and by appointment, so we can meet you when it suits you.
What is included?
A full service before every rental, setup to your measurements, two bottle cages, a puncture repair kit, a Garmin or Wahoo mount, and route advice with GPX files. Pedals are €5 per day, or bring your own.
What if I have a mechanical?
Call us. Within our delivery area we will come to you, and if the bike cannot be fixed at the roadside we will swap it for another.
